▋ 研究概况
目前主要从事水生资源植物从头驯化以及植物与微生物协同进化相关研究:以菰/茭白为模式材料,基于对野生资源的表型观测与基因组重测序加速菰作为新型多年生粮食作物的从头驯化,并以组学、分子生物学等方法探寻植物-微生物复合体进化的遗传机理。获国家自然科学基金2项,省级项目2项;发表研究论文30余篇
