淡水贝类系统进化与保护基因组学


研究概况

主要研究方向为系统进化与生物多样性。利用生物信息学方法和DNA条形码、线粒体基因组与核基因组的海量分子数据,探讨淡水贝类等无脊椎动物的系统分类、物种形成和保护遗传等方面的科学问题。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金1项(2022-2024);江西省自然科学基金青年项目1项(2020-2022)、面上项目1项(2023-2026)。
